At Healing Place College, we believe in a high quality Biblical education partnered with world class, hands-on ministry training.
Partnership with SEU
Healing Place College has partnered as a ministry partner with Southeastern University (Lakeland, Fl) to provide regionally accredited college courses to our students. Classes consist of online classes offered in a group setting here on our campus in Baton Rouge, LA.
Because SEU is a regionally accredited institution, its partnership with a church-based extension site enables enrolled students to pay for their college experience using federal financial aid. To be eligible for such funding, the student must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid, also known as a FAFSA (SEU’s school code is 001521), and maintain 12 credit hours each semester. In doing so, the student may apply for federal aid in the form of a Pell Grant, federal Stafford (student) loan or federal parent loan.
Certificate of Completion
Students will receive a certificate of completion for their corresponding year of the program. The certificate expresses that the student has completed the coursework and demonstrated the skills necessary for impactful and effective ministry.
